Drama: Thrud's 'Clear Sky' Test Sparks Outrage Over Alleged Copying of Destiny 2's Champion System

0 热度

Recently, the new elite enemy types introduced in the 'Clear Sky' test for 'Thrud' have caught players' eyes. Upon closer inspection, the community realized it's basically a direct replica of the 'Champion' system from 'Destiny 2': the variants 'Wenge' (Lament equivalent), 'Sangdeng' (Barrier equivalent), and 'Kongqiang' (Unstoppable equivalent) mirror the game's mechanics perfectly.

To illustrate, the original post highlights why the 'Destiny 2' Champion system is so notorious: Barrier Champions heal and create shields, Overload Champions spam skills and teleport, and Unstoppable Champions have massive damage reduction. Surprisingly, 'Thrud' also mimics the 'Destiny 2' system where players must unlock specific anti-champion talents via seasonal progression.

The community's reaction was swift and harsh. Veteran players mocked the decision, noting that Bungie's own system is already widely disliked. Commenters sarcastically asked if the developers are trying to force players to experience 'Grandmaster difficulty' on their phones. While a small minority argued that it's better than standard repetitive grinding, most agree that importing such a restrictive, 'anti-fun' mechanic is a massive design failure that effectively discourages players.
