Arknights officially announced its second collaboration with Rainbow Six Siege during the 4.5 anniversary livestream — but only revealed FUZE as the collab operator, leaving the rest shrouded in mystery. Nobody expected that mystery to be shattered by Arknights' own merchandise subsidiary, 朝珑山 (Chaolongshan, also known as CLS).
Players recently discovered that CLS's product filing pages listed the complete roster of collab operators: beyond the officially revealed FUZE, there's Iana and Ela (both had character art shown during the first R6 collab), and the final surprise — Doc, nicknamed the 'revolver quack' by the community.

The leaked CLS merchandise pages showed full character art for Ela, Iana, and Doc.

The community erupted the moment the news broke. One player straight up called it 'a complete clown show' (草台班子), and others pointed out this isn't CLS's first rodeo — 'The Chinese New Year skin leak last year was also caused by CLS's merch factory having zero security.' A repeat offender, it seems. However, some players offered a more charitable take: the leak may have come from a national product filing database where companies are required to register merchandise in advance, making it hard to prevent.
The debate over who gets the coveted 6-star rarity slot was equally heated. One player analyzed CLS's merchandise tiers and noticed that Ela received a 'double-foil signed E2 version' (双闪签名版精二ver) — a treatment typically reserved for 6-star operators in Arknights' merch lineup. This led to widespread speculation that Ela, not Doc, is the 6-star limited operator. An earlier top comment had guessed Doc would be the 6-star, but was quickly corrected by others citing the same merch-tier evidence.
Doc's anime makeover also sparked plenty of memes. Players joked that the R6 Doc is a 'French middle-aged man' who'll inevitably get 'isekai'd into a bishonen 20 years younger' in Arknights' anime art style, calling the design transformation 'almost too much to handle.' One particularly spicy comment quipped: 'At least Doc doesn't have a wife in his squad — otherwise it'd be another case of kidnapping a married man, giving him plastic surgery, and using him to trick girls into pulling the gacha.'
On the side, some R6 veterans used the occasion to discuss Siege's current state. When asked 'Is R6 worth coming back to after quitting years ago?', the reply was peak veteran humor: 'Ubisoft having a good day is an accident — constantly backtracking on their own decisions and building an even bigger mountain of garbage is the norm. Feels like Siege 2 is right around the corner.'
