Images getting you banned? Just post a video link instead — and so began an epic guerrilla warfare on NGA's Girls' Frontline 2 forum.
It all started when a player shared a Bilibili video comparing different versions of character Daiyan humming a tune in her lounge, with the bold title 'Justice Archiving' (正义留档). The OP clearly anticipated the post getting nuked, deliberately using a video link instead of direct images — because according to multiple players, posting images related to this topic gets you instantly banned by moderators.
Judging by the comments, the deletion spree was absolutely wild. One player said they got banned for posting a tiny bit of related content, while another reported their post vanished mid-scroll. Their reaction: 'Peak entertainment — I literally stepped away for a moment and came back to find the thread I had open on my phone was already gone. Some guy had just commented saying this wasn't even a leak so there was no need for mass reposting, and then I refreshed... poof, the post was deleted.'
But instead of backing down, the comments section went full resistance mode. Floor 1 declared, 'Just ban and repost, let's see who breaks first.' Floor 2 analyzed the situation with cold logic: 'The cost is asymmetric — we can post all day,' implying that deleting posts only creates more backlash. Floor 4 pledged, 'If this post goes down, I'm picking up the torch.'
Some players pointed out the logical flaw in the censorship approach. One noted, 'That person is nowhere to be seen, and yet that person is everywhere,' suggesting that trying to erase all traces of a topic only confirms its significance. Another offered tactical advice: 'Just remove the Captain Quartz ID and repost it — that should work.'
The comments dripped with sarcasm. Someone quoted, 'We trusted each other with our hearts — how could you betray us?' directed at the mods. Another pulled out a Three Kingdoms classic — 'You command the emperor's authority to order the lords, and I, Gui, shall obey' — a not-so-subtle jab at moderators wielding admin power to silence discussion. Player 13 hit the nail on the head: 'Looks like it's someone's "special period" — look at how many floors they've been purging.'
As of now, the deletion-and-reposting tug of war rages on. Players keep punching through the censorship wall via Bilibili links and relay posting, while the harder the mods crack down, the more attention the originally niche topic attracts. The classic 'delete it and it goes viral' playbook — now showing live on NGA.
