Bilibili Creator Doxxed by Girls' Frontline 2 Hardcore Fans After Posting Writing Analysis Video — Victim Files Police Report, Community Erupts

Can you imagine a gaming community going so far as to commit actual crimes to 'protect' their favorite game? That's exactly what just happened: a Bilibili content creator who posted a deep-dive video analyzing the writing motivations behind Girls' Frontline 2 (少前2: 追放) got doxxed — their personal info exposed publicly — by the game's most unhinged diehard fans.

It started with a video titled roughly 'An Analysis of the Writing Team's Motivations Behind the Game Script and Commander Character Design,' where the creator laid out evidence and theories about the narrative direction of Girls' Frontline 2. This, apparently, was an unforgivable sin in the eyes of Sunborn's most devoted loyalists.

Nobody expected the backlash to escalate to literal criminal activity, though. The 'crystallized fans' (结晶粉 — a Chinese gaming slang for obsessively loyal fans whose devotion has solidified like crystal, treating any criticism of their game as a personal attack) allegedly tracked down and leaked the creator's private information. Screenshots circulating on NGA show the victim vowing to file a police report the next morning.

The original NGA poster expressed disbelief: 'Are there actually Sunborn stans THIS far gone? I thought they were all just trolls pretending to be fans.' The term '结晶' (crystallized) has become shorthand in Chinese gacha communities for fans so deeply entrenched in defending their game that rational thought has basically solidified and ceased to function.

The NGA comment section was overwhelmingly united in condemnation. One highly upvoted comment cut deep: 'These are people who chose a gacha game over basic human decency' — implying their moral compass is so warped that defending a mobile game apparently trumps respecting someone's personal safety. Another popular reply echoed: 'What do they even gain from this? Gaming is supposed to be fun — how do you get THIS obsessive?'

Veteran community members also dug up the lore on these fans: 'The Chuanren (川人, slang for this particular fan faction) were major players in the early ship girl wars (舰圈大战). When it comes to ties with esu culture (esu系, referring to Japanese anonymous board culture known for aggressive tactics), even the Xianzhu (仙蛆, derogatory term for Arknights fans) would have to call them senpai.' In other words, this group has a long history of stirring up inter-fandom conflicts stretching back years.

The most shocking revelation came from comments alleging these same fans had previously been involved in forging official government stamps (伪造公章) — another criminal offense. One commenter quipped: 'First forging official stamps, now doxxing — they're really stepping on the gas pedal for Sunborn's reputation crash.' The implication being clear: these 'fans' are doing more damage to their beloved game's developer than any critic ever could.

Since the incident happened right before Chinese New Year, many commenters couldn't resist the dark humor: 'Committing crimes right before the holidays — basically gift-wrapping cases for the police to close before year-end bonuses.' Others expressed hope that this time, unlike previous empty threats, real official action would follow: 'At least now we might actually see a real police receipt for once — in a way, this is the ultimate boomerang (回旋镖, Chinese internet slang for karma coming back to bite you).'
