Recently, the Global server of Blue Archive left players speechless with a bizarre approach to bug fixing. Instead of deploying a standard hotfix or a game update, the developers released a guide instructing players to manually replace local game files to resolve the issue themselves.

This 'do-it-yourself' maintenance style has sparked heated debate. One player joked, 'Next time, just send us the package and let us decompress and replace the files ourselves.' Tech-savvy users pointed out that this is essentially asking players to perform MD5 hash verification and incremental updates manually. Given the file permission restrictions on newer Android systems, many players called this move absurd, recalling the 'wild west' days of manual file swapping to bypass censorship in early gacha games.
