Recently, players searching for 'Genshin Impact' on Bing noticed something odd in the Wikipedia knowledge panel on the right side of the results page. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the entry had been subjected to malicious vandalism.
A check of the Wikipedia edit history confirmed that the vandalism occurred on June 15th and has since been reverted. While the live page is back to normal, the search engine's cached preview still held evidence of the absurd edits.
Records show that the IP address responsible for the edits was banned by Wikipedia. Based on their past history, the user appears to be a repeat offender.
