According to a recent report by analytics firm Sensor Tower, miHoYo's latest title, 'Honkai: Star Rail', surpassed $100 million in global mobile revenue within just ten days of its April 26 launch. This figure outstrips the $81 million achieved by 'Genshin Impact' during its comparable launch period in 2020.

Market breakdowns show that China accounted for 44% of revenue, followed by Japan (22%) and the US (12%). The game maintained high rankings on the App Store across major markets, debuting at #1 in China. Analysts attribute the strong performance in Japan to the Golden Week holiday and extensive promotional campaigns.

The community response, however, has been mixed. Many users questioned the methodology, noting that Sensor Tower data typically excludes PC platforms and the fragmented Chinese Android market (often referred to as 'domestic Android channels'). This has led to debates over whether the reported figures reflect the true scale of the game's commercial success, with some community members dismissing the comparison to unofficial 'leaked' revenue figures circulating on social media.
