The half-anniversary of Bilibili's 'Anonymous Code' has turned into a major PR disaster. Following months of stagnant revenue and controversies regarding 'shadow-nerfing' gacha rates, the game recently triggered a complete collapse of its stat system.

Background: This is a turn-based game similar to 'Onmyoji'. To address the issue of redundant materials for max-constellation characters, the devs introduced a 'spillover system'. Unexpectedly, this allowed 3- and 4-star characters to achieve stats far beyond 5-star characters, with low-tier units hitting over 9,000 attack power and double the HP of top-tier units.

As low-star units took over the PvP arena, the developers stepped in with a 'hotfix' that could only be described as insanity: they simply added a 'zero' to the base stats of all 5-star characters. Regardless of their constellation level, their attack power skyrocketed to over 40,000, and HP passed 110,000.

This 'multiply by ten' patch turned the game into a mindless 'one-shot' simulator, invalidating all endgame PVE content and equipment progression. Reports of players accidentally dealing over 2 million damage are common, and the math of the game is now completely broken.

Commenters in the community were stunned, jokingly calling the developers 'geniuses' for coming up with such a bizarre, destructive fix.
