Recently, the TW server of Princess Connect! Re: Dive has become the center of a PR nightmare. What was supposed to be a standard server merge involving four sub-servers turned into a staggering 67-hour maintenance fiasco. The scheduled maintenance was repeatedly extended, eventually resulting in a failed merge that left players furious.

The consequences were severe. Beyond the inability to log in, players were particularly upset that the in-game birthday celebration for the popular character Kokkoro (May 11th) was completely skipped due to the downtime. To make matters worse, the compensation offered by the operator was perceived as extremely stingy, failing to satisfy the disgruntled player base.
