New Drama: Blue Archive JP Server Implements Queue System to Prevent Crashes, Only to Fail and Cut Compensation

0 热度

The recent situation with the Blue Archive Japanese server has been a source of amusement and frustration. After an unexpected, day-long server outage during a content drought previously, the developers gave out significant compensation. To prevent a repeat and avoid having to pay out more 'apologems', they implemented a queue system.

Naturally, this backfired. Players are stuck with a '9999+' queue position, and those who managed to log in were kicked out by a small patch, landing them right back at the end of the queue. The kicker? Since it’s not an 'official maintenance', there is effectively no compensation for the players who can't play.

Players are furious, calling this a manipulative move. Many argue that having three outages in two months shows the management has become complacent. Tech-savvy commenters suggested that the server’s underlying architecture is flawed, meaning simply adding more capacity won't fix the bottleneck. To top it all off, even after some players could log in, the payment system was broken.
