The developers state they aim to reinterpret the world and bring back the touching atmosphere of the original series.

The community reaction has been deeply cynical. While veteran fans cherish the IP, the combination of a Korean developer and a mobile platform has triggered alarm bells. Many fear this will be just another generic 'Gacha' game—a title relying on predatory microtransactions rather than gameplay.
