Arknights New Year Pack Trap: Discrepancy Between Promo Art and In-Game Order Sparks Controversy

At the start of the New Year, the lucky bags released in Arknights caused a stir. The issue stems from the discrepancy between the promo images and the actual purchase order in-game, causing many players to purchase the wrong bundles based on their initial intuition.

Based on the promotional art, players expected an A-B-Y layout from left to right. However, the actual purchase interface used a counter-intuitive Y-B-A arrangement. Although the developer provided the correct order in the 'detailed probability' section, players criticized the design as 'misleading' or 'malicious' since many were buying in a rush during the late-night release.

In response to the complaints, the developer issued an official notice regarding the issue.
