Recently, gameplay footage of the cloud-native game 'Chuncaozhuan' surfaced, drawing significant attention from the gaming community. While the visual quality is impressive, veteran players remained skeptical.

The project is spearheaded by the cloud gaming technology firm Cloudwise (蔚领时代), with miHoYo identified as one of its shareholders. The original poster noted that the cloud version of Genshin Impact was Cloudwise's first major project, suggesting 'Chuncaozhuan' is intended as a showcase for their next-generation technical capabilities.

The community response has been guarded. Many dismiss it as a mere 'Tech Demo,' advising others not to get their hopes up. Skeptics pointed out that shifting massive computational power to cloud servers creates an unsustainable cost model. Others questioned the gameplay itself, asking if these 'cloud-native' titles are essentially just high-fidelity interactive movies. Some likened the presentation to Sony's tech demos, which are designed to impress rather than provide a fully realized, shippable game experience.
