Action Taimanin RPG has announced an upcoming collaboration with the classic anime series Black Lagoon, scheduled for July 31st. While the illustrations are handled by the original manga creator Rei Hiroe, the announcement has sparked mixed reactions within the community.
The biggest grievance among core players is the lack of 'H-scenes' (the game's explicit adult content), similar to the previous Super Sonico collaboration. For a title marketed as an adult game, the omission of its primary appeal has left many confused. A magazine cover featuring the collaboration was also shared.
Discussions on the art quality are heating up. Players are criticizing the character designs for looking 'off' or poorly executed. Regarding the side characters in cheongsams, fans speculated it was actually the Taimanin character 'Kuro' wearing Xianghua's outfit rather than a new Black Lagoon character.
